So this week I thought I'd try something a little different. I did a quick pencil drawing of Eve in the garden, being that the garden of Eden is the story of the beginning of humanity in the Bible.This story was always interesting to me. The mystery, intrigue, deceit, a talking snake, poisoned fruit and the fall of mankind...it's kind of a long way off from trying to think of something clever to write so you can blog about a drawing you did.
Maybe I'll revisit this one day and do a final painting of it.
I'm just now beginning to teach these stories to my son and I considered doing something like this for IF too -- I'm actually surprised more people didn't end up doing it. Anyway, this is great. Especially love the way you chose to do the lighting.
