It seems that any trip on a motorcycle is a journey all it's own, especially on those bug filled July nights. If you weren't paying attention you might think it was hail, but it's not... It's bugs... lots and lot of bugs. That's how I learned the importance of a windshield... but I digress.
Like the illustration but love the comment about the bugs.
ReplyDeleteI agree, you haven't lived till you've had a grasshopper strain through your teeth while on a motorcycle. Didn't think I'd ever stop gagging. ha
ReplyDeleteLOL! My experience was with a June bug. Did you know that the leg of a June bug will move independent of it's body? Even if it is lodged in between your teeth.
ReplyDeleteLots of character! You might enjoy Paul Carter’s book ‘Is That Thing Diesel?’ It’s a great read.
